Has Renault any plans to launch diesel version of KWID? What will be the price range, I am waiting for purchase KWID, please respond, after your response I will confirm the plan/booking.

The Renault KWID will only be launched in the petrol engine variants. The engine options of the car include a 800 cc motor and a 1000 cc motor. It comes with manual transmission only and has a ground clearance of 180 mm. The car has been planned for the festive season and exact details of its performance would be revealed later. The other important features include a touchscreen infotainment system, a fully digital instrument console, SUV like front and rear end design with bigger arches for the wheels and a effective price tag of INR 3.5-4.5 lakh. The car is expected to be fully revealed in September so that advanced booking could be done from the same month.
