Can the seat height of KTM RC200 be lowered with default kit?

Tempering the bike's dynamics is illegal according to the law and lowering may cause performance lag and lesser comfort. Aftermarket kit is available for the lowering of the seat height of the KTM RC 200 which lowers it by 10 mm but may effect the performance of the bike.
