At Rs 1.26 lakh (ex showroom, New Delhi) does the Aprilia SXR 125 justify the premium price tag?

The Aprilia SXR 125 is a premium scooter in the Indian market, priced much higher than many of its rivals. Italian styled, sporty drive and advanced features, it has. But high initial cost and possibly expensive maintenance hold some potential buyers back. Scooter enthusiasts are split over whether the SXR 125 is priced appropriately, considering its performance, build quality and the value brand, especially seeing it cost more than similar vehicles by more established manufacturers like Honda and TVS. Moreover, there are also fears regarding the availability of after sales service and spare parts for Aprilia in India. Now let’s talk about if the SXR 125’s unique propositions make it worth buying for those looking for a premium scooter experience.

Absolutely worth it! It's a head turner and with Italian design flair you're paying for it. And the ride quality is fantastic too. It feels like getting a slice of Europe on Indian roads.
