You should definately buy the Nissan Sunny 2014 top model for INR 7 lakh as the price of the new car for the base variant is INR 7,00,000 and the top variant may take you up to INR 10 lakhs with registration. The on-road price which you are getting is quiet reasonable and you should go with it.
