Mahindra TUV300 is described as a tough utility vehicle by its name. This makes it more concerned around its built quality and features being offered for the real tough show. Availability of petrol is not possible as no Mahindra UV has been petrol powered and the same is expected with the TUV 300. The reason behind not installing the Jeeto's engine into a car is because it has been made with the purpose of weight carrying and transport. The engine has enough power but it lacks the top speed factor. A car with a top speed of 50 kmph would not be a practical option indeed. Also, the engine is rough when compared to the engine being used in the cars. It produces a lot more noises and vibrations than a normal car engine. This would have kept the quality of the drive low every time. The mileage does not include any extra weight on the Jeeto whereas making it a car would have put some extra weight onto it, with 4 more passengers than it has been counted for Jeeto. Also, the provision of AC would have made the car feel low on power and low again on the mileage factor.
