The Mahindra Duro has been discontinued by Mahindra. The basic reason behind its discontinuation was its very poor sale, which further was due to the lack of specification on the scooter. The Duro DZ had a 125 cc engine but was very less powerful than the other 125 cc offerings in the segment. The Suzuki Access and Swish were the best seller of this segment, with Honda Activa being more popular day by day, despite of being expensive than the others. The after sales service of Mahindra in the two wheeler section added to the point and the quality and design of Duro was also not up to the mark. It came with a price tag of INR 48,980 which conflicts with the price of new Mahindra Gusto also.

Exact power and torque figures of Mahindra Mojo has not been released by the company from last many years. The Mojo has been on testing from 5 years and now finally it is going to be launched in the month of August. With its 295 cc, single cylinder, liquid cooled motor the Mojo will bring performance biking into a new category. It is expected to generate 27-30 BHP and 25-27 NM from its engine and braking will be handled by single disc for both the wheels. The best part of the Mojo comes out in the form of its USD telescopic forks and excellent tyres. The bike has been made with intense testing and research, which we expect to show positive result for the company. The expected price for the Mahindra Mojo is INR 1,50,000 and pricing as much below as possible will increase the chances of success of the motorcycle.

The Mahindra Centuro is expected to return a mileage of 55-60 kmpl in the city. It is one of the most fuel efficient motorcycles in India but the only factor which sets it back is the brand value of Mahindra, which is still struggling to establish in the two wheeler segment. People prefer buying a motorcycle with lesser mileage than Mahindra Centuro. The trend would be changed if Mahindra launch the Mojo with an attractive price and excellent built quality. The Centuro is powered by a 106.7 cc engine, producing 8.5 BHP.

Mahindra Mojo has been again spotted testing and this time, the latest from Mahindra was a two tone color for the bike. We have seen a single black colored test vehicle from a long time, but the dual tone color shows that the bike is production ready now. Mahindra has planned a launch for the Mojo in June 2015 and a further delay is not expected this time.

Mahindra is currently launching the TUV300 on 10th September 2015 whereas the XUV300, also known with the name of S101 concept would launch later. The TUV300 comes with a rugged approach whereas the XUV300 would follow the XUV500 path and come as a compact version for the same. It is most probably getting the 1.5L 3-cylinder diesel motor producing 100 BHP and 240 NM of torque. The most interesting thing about the car would be its 3+3 seating arrangement. It would get a relevant front fascia to the elder member of its family. The expected price for the same would be INR 8,50,000 and the car would get certain limitations like disc brakes for the front only and a 5-speed manual transmission.

The Mahindra Major comes with a powerful & fuel efficient MDI 3200 engine, returning a mileage of around 10-12 kmpl. The gearbox on the same is a 5-speed unit and it was retailed before the introduction of Thar to the Indian market. The Jeep was the best off-road vehicle of its time and came with features like radial tyres and a soft top for easy use and removal. The TUV300 has been spotted recently in the topmost trim in Red shade, which shows that the car would have a high stance and average width. The exact dimensions of the car have not been revealed yet.
