02 January 2023 06:38
The KTM RC 125 is a two-seater motorcycle. Infact, every RC series KTM motorcycle is a two-seater, be it 125, 200 or 390. However, the seat is fixed and cannot be adjusted. This is what KTM says about RC125 seat "The two-part seat offers first class supersport ergonomics with perfect support for rider and pillion. With a seat height of 820mm it enables the rider to have a secure stand while also being high enough for sporty use and real big-bike feeling."
Which is a better brand in 250cc category: KTM or Benelli?
02 January 2023 06:37
KTM is a better brand when compared in the terms of better performance and overall value for money for the lightweight motorcycling products. KTM internationally offers 125, 200, 250 and 390 cc motorcycles in the lightweight sport segment whereas Benelli only has 250 cc TNT 25 in the same segment. Benelli will soon develop a 150 cc motorcycle but any of the bike from Benelli’s single cylinder range cannot compete with the same size KTM bike.
Launch Date of KTM RC 390 (2016 upgraded model)?
02 January 2023 06:37
The 2016 KTM RC390 has been launched in India on 10 February, 2016. The bike gets a new slipper clutch, and an always “on” headlight. However, it has missed out on some features available in the European market such as a bigger front disc, a ride-by-wire system and a canister exhaust. The bike's price has remained unchanged at INR 2,13,504 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Coming to comfort, the bike isn't ideal for daily driving. Firstly because city drives crowded with traffic jams, and the RC390 absolutely hates this, it heats up like crazy. Secondly, the riding position is very aggressive, and the pillion seat is a little uncomfortable. The RC390 is a machine built for the tracks, so unless you're completely mad about the bike, don't use it as a daily commuter. What is the price of KTM RC 125 in India?
02 January 2023 06:36
KTM RC125 has no launch plans for the country as KTM will not be able to price the bike properly due to 95 percent part sharing with the elder cousins from the RC family. The RC200 is priced around INR 1,69,000 whereas it’s INR 2,14,000 for the RC390. The INR 45,000 gap between the both is justified by bigger engine, premium tyres, dual channel ABS and a slipper clutch. On the other hand, by providing no such difference, KTM cannot price the bike with another INR 45,000 drop and even if done, the INR 1,24,000 price tag would not justify the 125 cc character of the bike.

What is the "AVERAGE" topic in all KTM instrument consoles?
02 January 2023 06:36
KTM bikes show their fuel mileage in a different way and the term average must be related to the average speed of the bike during the current trip. This makes it easy for the bike to present the sum of all speeds like 20 kmph in traffic and 140 kmph on the highway and then dividing the same with the number of kilometers the bike was ridden in the same trip meter reading.

What is the actual price of KTM RC 125 in Kalyan?
02 January 2023 06:35
KTM RC125 is currently not available in India and the most possible alternate for the same in the country is RC200. The RC series currently sells RC200 and RC390 in the Indian market. RC125 has more chances of launch then all the other 125cc performance motorcycles like Yamaha R125 and Honda CBR125R. The reason behind the same is that KTM do not offer any 150cc motorcycle, which would alter the pricing affair of the 125cc offering whereas other two have a 150cc cousin at an affordable price. Pricing the RC125 around INR 1,25,000 would make the KTM supersport feel more closer than the current generation RC200 priced at INR 1,69,000. The RC125 comes with a 124.7 cc engine producing 14.8 BHP and 12 NM of torque.

For regular riding, RS 200 is best whereas if you wish to ride on a track and love high performance, the RC 200 is the best option.

02 January 2023 06:35
KTM 390 Duke is more practical option when compared to the new TVS G310R. It comes with a more powerful 373.2 cc engine producing 43 BHP and 35 NM of torque. The TVS G310R gets a 313 cc engine producing 33.6 BHP and 28 NM of torque. The values are good for its engine size but it would lack the same punch as the 390 Duke. COMPARISON OF HONDA CBR250R ,MAHINDRA MOJO 300 & KTM DUKE 390?
02 January 2023 06:34

The Duke is not an excellent choice for long rides due to its small fuel tank and aggressive riding position. The Mojo gets an outstanding 21 liter of fuel tank and cruises very easily on triple digit speeds. It gets exclusive Pirelli Diablo Rosso 2 tyres and tackles every surface with its excellent front USD as well as rear monoshock suspension.

Can KTM RC 390 hit a top speed of 210 kmph after making some modifications?
02 January 2023 06:34
The KTM RC390 can hit a top speed of 210 kmph with the modifications related to its weight reduction and track oriented part exchanges. Firstly, the bike needs to shed some weight, which is done by removing all the additional parts required for a road legal motorcycle. This includes rear foot rests, mirrors, headlights, mudguards and many of the parts are replaced with lighter carbon fiber parts. The heavy exhaust system is also replaced with a free flow exhaust and rest is done through modifications of the ECU, increasing some red-line limit if possible. These modifications are not possible on a real life road as many parts are illegal and track based only.
Please suggest me, which one is good – Bajaj Pulsar RS200, KTM RC 200 or KTM 200 Duke?
02 January 2023 06:34
KTM 200 Duke is the best bike from the three above selected bikes. RC200 is an excellent example of a lightweight sport bike but lacks the comfort of everyday riding with its aggressive seat position. The RS200 is again using the same engine but seems to be lesser refined than its KTM competitors. The 200 Duke presents a perfect combination of power and comfort as it gets a raised handlebar with upright seating position. The things get more better when the 199.5 cc engine produces a max of 24.6 BHP and 19.2 NM of torque. It gets USD forks for better suspension and an attractive price tag of INR 1,38,000.
Why the mileage of KTM RC 200 is better than Bajaj Pulsar 220F?
02 January 2023 06:33
KTM RC200 has a better mileage because it comes with better technologies than the Pulsar 220 DTS-i. RC200 comes with a 199.5 cc, liquid cooled and fuel injected engine producing 24.65 BHP and 19.2 NM of torque. The engine is very responsive and when driven at consistent speeds, it delivers a very good mileage figure also. The Pulsar uses carburetor as its fuel system, making it lesser refined and thereby reducing the mileage figure.
Can seat height of KTM Duke be lowered by any means by customization?
02 January 2023 06:33
The seat height of KTM Duke can be lowered by customization. The suspension of the bike is altered and modified in order to reduce the seat height. The method is not a successful one as it highly influence the handling of the bike. The values like ground clearance also gets affected and overall performance of the bike changes with the same. It is better to choose other bikes with a seat height of around 780 mm as it will definitely suit your driving needs and handling. KTM Duke 200 is sold for INR 1,38,000 and has a seat height of 810 mm whereas the 390 Duke is available for INR 1,90,000 with a seat height of 800 mm.
