I am 5'4" tall and I am about to get my first bike. I want to buy KTM RC 200. Is it suitable for me?

The KTM RC200's seat might be a little high for you, at 820mm. The CBR 250R is an ideal choice. It has a seat height of 780mm, 40 mm less than the KTM RC200. Your feet will easily touch the ground so it'll be easier to handle a CBR250R.
