What are the problems in KTM Duke 200?
17 April 2025 23:15

The KTM Duke 200 is prone to several common issues. One of the most significant problems is the low oil pressure, often caused by a faulty clutch side gasket that does not seal properly, leading to oil leaks and reduced pressure. Replacing this gasket and ensuring it is properly sealed can resolve this issue. Another common problem is the leaking of the stator wire socket rubber, which can be fixed by resealing the area with a gasket maker. Additionally, wiring harness issues can cause various problems, including starting difficulties and error codes, which may require repairs or replacements. Starting problems, sometimes accompanied by a clicking sound, can be due to low voltage issues, often related to the stator coil. Regular maintenance such as changing the oil, replacing the fuel filter, and adjusting the chain can also help mitigate these problems. Furthermore, installing a voltmeter can help monitor the battery voltage and prevent low-voltage-related issues.

Which bike do girls find more attractive - KTM Duke 200 or KTM RC 200?
02 January 2023 06:31

It's definitely the RC series from KTM which gets more attention from everyone. The Duke 200 gets black alloy wheels and black underpinnings, making it look a bit decent whereas the RC200 gets Orange wheels and underpinnings, making it more attractive to the eye. Also, the fully faired bikes are considered as superbikes in India whereas even a 1000 cc bike without fairing gets ignored many a times. You should definitely go for RC200 as it would serve your purpose the best way whereas others in the segment look much common and lesser attractive.

KTM RC 200 - City Performance

Hello...I am a college going student and my height is 5'4”. Will I be comfortable riding the KTM duke 200 or the RC200..keeping in mind of my height...which will be more comfortable for me?
02 January 2023 06:31
The seat height of KTM RC200 is 834 mm and the 200 Duke gets a seat height of 810 mm. Both the bikes are quiet high and riding the RC200 would specially be a problem for your convenience. You can plan for some other ride with a better seat height, preferring a cruiser styled motorcycle. The newly expected Bajaj Avenger Street 200 could be a good option as it is expected to be with the same 199.5 cc engine from the Bajaj-KTM family. It would also be priced quiet low when compared to these two bikes and would be the most comfortable ride you could get in the Indian automobile segment. Rumors of 3 different Avengers to be launched this month will definitely benefit you for choosing the preferred engine and styling.
