For practical reasons I’d go with the Aerox. It has a larger fuel tank, parts and service are easier to find. In real world riding, the difference in performance isn’t noticeable.

I have owned both and I prefer the Aprilia. The build quality is a notch up, and the brakes are much better. Although the engine is smoother on the Aerox.

For most people, the Aerox is the smarter choice. It's more refined, has better resale value and is less temperamental. If style and uniqueness are what you’re after, then the Aprilia is for you.

I'd say it's 70% worth it. It has great performance and looks, but comes without features like Bluetooth connectivity and turn by turn navigation at this price point.

Only if you live in a big city with good roads, is it worth it. In urban environments the SR 160 Carbon shines, but for small towns or rural areas with bad infrastructure it is overkill.

No comparison. The R15 will smoke the SR 160 in performance, a proper bike. If you really need the convenience of a scooter, get the Aprilia.

Surprisingly, the SR 160 performs quite close to real world. It's quicker off the line than most 150 to 160 cc bikes and can hang in the twisties.

Bikes are more fun, period. The SR 160 is sporty for a scooter, but it's no match for the engagement of a proper manual transmission and bigger wheels.

In fact, the SR 160 is better for city use. Less traffic to filter through and no gear changes to worry about. Bikes pull ahead only on highways.

It's apples and oranges. As for the SR 160, it’s a different riding experience from the norm of scooters and bikes. See what works best for you and try both.

I went from the Apache to the SR 160 and I don't regret it. It's almost as fast, but so much easier to use every day. Best of both worlds.
