I also love that the start button is on the steering column. Starting up a jet engine every time it feels like. Small thing, but I never get tired of it.

The first time I heard the V6's cold start, I thought it was for some reason. It just has a special growl to it when it's warming up, turns out. I now look forward to it every morning.

I couldn't find the cap when I filled up the windshield washer fluid the first time. It's actually hidden under the hood emblem it turns out. I took way too long to figure that out.

I have owned a 156, a GT, and now a Brera and I'd say the Brera is the most 'modern' feeling of the lot. It's not as raw as the older Alfas, but it's more livable day to day.

I have had a 147 GTA and now a Brera. The Brera is very much more of a cruiser. All the same, it doesn't have that hot hatch feel, but it's unique. Plus, it turns more heads.

The Brera is a lot more reliable than my old 166. While it still has its quirks, it’s not the electrical nightmare that some older Alfas can be.

It is iconic front grille design. It's aggressive without being too aggressive, and it immediately says 'Alfa Romeo' without the need of a badge.

The exhaust tips which are now integrated into rear bumper are appreciated. It’s a clean look you don’t see on many cars, much less from the late 60s.
