I believe people are expecting too much. For the price point, it’s a solid bike, but it’s not going to revolutionize the industry. Expect less and you will be happy with it.

I believe the hype is deserved. The Bravo has features you don't normally see on a model until you get to the higher end. It’s moving the whole industry forward.

Half the hype is just good marketing if you're being real. The bike is good, but it’s nothing special. If you do your research, there are better options out there.

At first, I was skeptical, but after test riding one I’m sold. It has incredibly smooth handling and you can definitely feel this in the build quality. In my book, it lives up to the hype.

The hype train needs to break a bit. Aeroride has put together a good first effort here, but there are still kinks to work out. Perhaps the next model will actually earn all this attention.

I've ridden the Bravo in some pretty heavy downpours and it's surprisingly good handling. I never felt as though I had lost traction, and the traction control was spot on.

Eh, it's okay. Not great, not terrible. For sure, the tires could use an upgrade for wet. I've had a couple sketchy moments in light rain.

In fact, I actually feel safer on the Bravo in wet conditions than I did on my old gas bike. Stability seems helped by the weight distribution.

The big plus is that the electronics are sealed. I’ve ridden through some deep puddles without trouble. Just wipe it down well after a wet ride.

It's a bit touchy in the rain with the brakes. You have to be really gentle with them to not lock up. Takes some getting used to.

I don’t like how it plays in the wet. I don’t trust the stock tires at all when it’s raining, and the front end feels a bit vague.

It’s not bad but it’s not great in the wet. You don’t have engine braking, you rely on the actual brakes, which is kind of tricky when it’s slippery.

The Bravo has been pretty confidence inspiring in the rain. It's helped by the low centre of gravity, and the LED lights cut through the gloom really well.

It's hit or miss. It's planted some days, other days it's like riding on ice. I believe tire pressure has a huge impact on wet weather performance.

It's expensive at the beginning, but I am breaking even much faster than I thought. It has no oil changes, fewer moving parts to maintain – it all adds up quickly.

I don't like the thought of having to pay for battery replacement down the road. If it's expensive, it will take away the savings of lower running costs.

Don’t forget that you might save money on parking! EVs get free or discounted parking in many places, and that can add up.

For me, the math works out in favour of the YB2000 because I ride a lot. However, the breakeven point may be too far out for occasional users.

Petrol scooters have been cheaper for me than insurance. Electric scooters are apparently seen as lower risk.
