Volkswagen Vento Highline Automatic Updates

The Volkswagen Vento Highline Plus Automatic has been spotted in a 2024 POV drive video, showcasing its smooth DSG transmission, responsive handling, and impressive performance. The video takes viewers on a city and highway drive, highlighting the cars features like auto AC, rear AC vents, and a 6.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system. I think this video gives a great insight into the real-world driving experience of the Vento.

Volkswagen has discontinued select variants of the Vento, but the Highline and Highline Plus trims remain available. The Vento Highline Plus Automatic comes with a 1-litre turbo-petrol engine and a 6-speed AT, offering features like auto AC, rear AC vents, and a reverse parking camera. I believe this move helps streamline the product lineup.

Volkswagen has introduced new features for the Vento Highline Plus variant, including a rear-view camera, LED headlamps, LED DRLs, and Zirkonia alloy wheels. These updates aim to enhance the cars appeal in the competitive C-segment sedan market. I believe these additions make the Vento a more compelling choice for buyers.

Volkswagen India has been tweaking the Ventos design and features over the years. In 2019, the Vento was spotted with minor facelifts, including a redesigned front bumper and a new grille. These updates were aimed at keeping the car fresh in the market. I believe such updates are crucial in maintaining customer interest.

The Volkswagen Vento Highline Plus Automatic is part of the companys strategy to offer connected car technology. The Vento Connect Edition, launched during the festive season, included features like an intelligent connected vehicle assistance system, allowing customers to connect to the cars system via an app. I think this integration of technology is a step in the right direction.

The Volkswagen Vento Highline Plus Automatic boasts a range of comfort and convenience features, including automatic climate control, leather seats, and a 6.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. These features enhance the overall driving and passenger experience. I think these features make the Vento a comfortable and tech-savvy choice.

Volkswagen India launched the Vento Highline Plus variant in 2017, priced at Rs. 10.84 lakh. This variant comes with features like a rear-view camera, LED headlamps, LED DRLs, and Zirkonia alloy wheels. The car is equipped with a 1-litre turbo-petrol engine paired with a 6-speed manual or optional 6-speed AT. I believe this variant offers great value for money.

The Volkswagen Vento Highline Diesel Automatic, powered by a 1.5 TDI engine mated to a 7-speed DSG gearbox, is available in India with an on-road price of Rs. 14.86 lakh in Delhi. It features dual front airbags, ABS, front fog lamps, and a touchscreen infotainment system. I think the diesel automatic variant is a solid option for those seeking both power and convenience.

Volkswagen has emphasized safety features in the Vento Highline Plus Automatic, including ABS, front airbags for the driver and co-driver, and an anti-theft system with interior surveillance. These safety features are essential for any modern car and make the Vento a reliable choice. I believe safety should always be a top priority.

The Volkswagen Vento Highline Automatic is now available with additional features such as steering-mounted audio controls, parking sensors, and a USB slot for the music system. These small but significant additions are intended to attract more buyers in the segment. I think these features will definitely make the Vento more attractive to potential customers.
