In Sept 2015 I purchased automatic version of aspire. previously did some homework by searching web-reviews about automatic cars in India and driving techniques. I observed that the dual clutch automatic system of aspire was better than the other types available in India. person giving delivery gave the hint to keep the left foot firmly on floor and simply to keep on driving without touching gear lever. this tip helped to smoothly drive the car, though previously i had not driven automatic geared cars. for town driving this was ideal. its facility to hold back the car for few seconds in uphill or downhill position is very useful, particularly in roads as we have in Mangalore. two large suit cases and little more small items can be put in the boot. If Coat hook had been provided it would have been useful for a lawyer like me. the air conditioner with climate control is very effective. Bluetooth facility allows pairing cell phone easily and this gives lot of freedom while driving. suspension of the car is good even on rough roads. On the whole, it is a satisfactory vehicle. Of course if you buy a car with auto transmission mileage should not be an issue. within city, with AC on i have got 9.5 and for highway driving, depending upon the stretch i got even up to 20 kms at times. the Manual of ford says that don't look to mileage until car clocks 3500 kms. i am waiting to cross this limit shortly and then check what difference would it make. on the whole i am satisfied with the choice of vehicle.
