Tata Safari XM Updates

The Tata Safari XM has been updated with new ADAS features for the 2024 model, including lane keeping assist and adaptive steering with lane correction. This enhancement is part of Tata Motors effort to improve safety and driving convenience. I think these features will significantly boost the appeal of the Safari XM to safety-conscious buyers.

In November 2024, Tata Motors is offering discounts on the Tata Safari XM, with benefits up to Rs. 25,000 on the latest MY2024 models. This is part of the companys year-end discount strategy to clear out inventory and boost sales. Its a good time for potential buyers to grab a deal.

The Tata Safari XM now comes with a redesigned interior, following a minimalist design approach similar to the Avinya concept. This update includes a new dashboard and steering wheel design, enhancing the overall interior aesthetics. I believe this new design will make the XM variant feel more premium and modern.

Tata Motors introduced new mid-spec variants for the Safari, including the XMS and XMAS, which offer more features over the XM and XMA variants. These new variants include a panoramic sunroof, smartphone connectivity, and other upgrades. This move is likely to attract more buyers looking for a balance between features and price.

The Tata Safari XM variant is priced at Rs. 17.15 lakh (ex-showroom), with an on-road price of around Rs. 18.63 lakh. It comes with a 2.0L turbocharged diesel engine, producing 168 bhp and 350 Nm of torque. The XM variant is well-equipped with features like airbags, ABS, and electronic stability program.

The Tata Safari XM has been praised for its safety features, including airbags, ABS, and electronic brakeforce distribution. It also features hill assist and electronic stability program, making it a safe choice for family buyers. I think the emphasis on safety is a major selling point for this variant.

The Tata Safari XM offers a range of comfort and convenience features such as manual air conditioning, tilt and telescopic steering adjustment, and a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system. These features make the XM variant a good option for those looking for a balance between price and amenities.

The Tata Safari XM is available in seven different colors and comes with stylised steel wheels and 235/70 R16 tyres. The variant also includes features like central locking, turn indicators on ORVM, and a rear wiper, making it a well-rounded package. I believe the color options will appeal to a wide range of buyers.
