In India, the SSC Ultimate Aero was a rare and exclusive offering, and its pricing reflected its elite status. When it was launched in India in 2009, the ex-showroom price was around 5.5 crore. Considering import duties and other taxes, the on-road price would have been significantly higher, likely exceeding 7 crore. This pricing places it in the stratosphere of luxury and exclusivity, making it accessible only to a select few.
