Mahindra & Mahindra has announced the discontinuation of the diesel version of the KUV100, citing the upcoming Bharat Stage 6 (BS6) regulations. The diesel variant, which was powered by a 1.2-litre mFalcon D75 turbocharged engine producing 77 bhp and 190 Nm of torque, will no longer be available. I think this move is a significant shift towards cleaner and more efficient powertrains.
