This move follows the launch of the Hyundai Aura, which is considered the next-generation model of the Xcent. The Xcent was Hyundai Indias first sub-4 metre sedan and had a significant presence in the market. I believe this transition will help Hyundai focus on more modern and feature-rich models.

The addition of the CNG variant was aimed at increasing sales and competing with other models like the Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire Tour. I think this move was a good strategy to tap into the fleet market.
