Hyundai Creta Turbo SX DCT Updates

The Hyundai Creta SX (O) Turbo DCT DT has been priced at Rs. 20.14 Lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), making it the top petrol variant in the Creta lineup. This variant comes with a 1.5L T-GDi engine, producing 157.57 bhp and 253 Nm of torque, paired with a 7-speed DCT gearbox. It also features a 360-degree camera, blind spot monitor, and ventilated seats. I think this variant offers a great balance of performance and luxury features.

Hyundai has reintroduced the 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine in the Creta, which is now available in the SX (O) Turbo DCT DT variant. This engine, combined with a 7-speed DCT gearbox, provides a powerful and smooth driving experience, especially in Sport mode. The fuel efficiency, however, is around 9-11 km/l in city roads and up to 15 km/l on highways. I believe this engine makes the Creta a compelling choice for those seeking both power and comfort.

The Hyundai Creta SX (O) Turbo DCT DT boasts advanced safety features, including ADAS Level 2 with 19 features, six airbags, ABS with EBD, hill start assist, and all four disc brakes. This variant also includes a sunroof, powered front seats, and a touchscreen display. I think these safety and convenience features make it a top contender in its segment.

In terms of design, the Hyundai Creta SX (O) Turbo DCT DT is available in seven colors, including Fiery Red, Robust Emerald Pearl, and Atlas White. The interior features a dual-tone beige-grey theme, which gives it a premium mid-size SUV feel. I believe the color options and interior design make it appealing to a wide range of buyers.

The on-road price of the Hyundai Creta SX (O) Turbo DCT DT in Delhi is Rs. 23.23 Lakh, including RTO, insurance, and other costs. This makes it a significant investment, but the features and performance justify the price. I think its worth considering for those looking for a fully loaded mid-size SUV.

Hyundai has emphasized the comfort aspect of the Creta SX (O) Turbo DCT DT with features like ventilated seats, automatic climate control, and a rear wash wiper. These additions enhance the overall driving and passenger experience. I believe these comfort features are a big selling point for this variant.

The Hyundai Creta SX (O) Turbo DCT DT comes with drive modes including ECO, NORMAL, and SPORT, which allow drivers to adjust the vehicles performance according to their preference. The SPORT mode particularly brings out the best in the 1.5L turbo-petrol engine. I think this flexibility is a great advantage for drivers who like to switch between different driving styles.

Hyundai has highlighted the technological advancements in the Creta SX (O) Turbo DCT DT, including a 360-degree camera, blind spot monitor, and traction control system. These features enhance safety and convenience. I believe these tech features are a significant selling point for tech-savvy buyers.

The ground clearance of the Hyundai Creta SX (O) Turbo DCT DT is 190 mm, which is identical to the Kia Seltos and slightly higher than some of its other competitors. This clearance helps in navigating Indian roads comfortably. I think this is an important factor for buyers in India.

Hyundai has positioned the Creta SX (O) Turbo DCT DT as a premium mid-size SUV, offering a blend of performance, luxury, and safety. This variant competes directly with other top models like the Kia Seltos GTX Plus Turbo DCT and Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder V HYBRID. I believe it holds its ground well against these competitors.
