Ford has no plans to bring back the Figo, EcoSport, or Aspire to the Indian market. The company has decided to focus only on T6 platform products, such as the Everest SUV and the Ranger pickup truck, due to the financial unviability of producing smaller combustion-engine models in India. This decision follows the sale of Fords Sanand facility to Tata Motors and the closure of their Maraimalai Nagar facility.
