In late 2017, the Fiat Palio assembly line in Argentina came to a halt as Fiat shifted its focus to assembling the new Fiat Cronos and a basic version of the Fiat Argo. This marked the official end of the Palios 21-year production run worldwide. I think this was a necessary move to keep up with market demands and newer models.
