Chevrolet Enjoy LS (Diesel) Updates

Latest Updates
Thursday, 18 May 2017 09:40 PM Chevrolet India announced that it would discontinue the sales of all its products, including the Chevrolet Enjoy, in India effective December 31, 2017. This decision was part of the companys strategy to utilize its Indian facilities for export markets only. The Enjoy, available in diesel and petrol variants, had been a part of the Indian market since its launch. I believe this move marked the end of an era for Chevrolet in India, and its a shame the Enjoy wont be available for new buyers.
Monday, 08 May 2017 12:22 PM Global NCAP conducted a crash test on the Chevrolet Enjoy, which resulted in a zero-star rating for adult occupants and a two-star rating for child occupants. The tested variant lacked essential safety features such as airbags, pretensioners in the front seatbelts, and ISOFIX anchorages for child booster seats. I believe this highlights a significant concern regarding the safety of the vehicle.
Tuesday, 16 June 2015 01:10 PM The Chevrolet Enjoy diesel variant, powered by a 1.3L turbocharged DOHC diesel engine, was praised for its fuel efficiency, delivering a mileage of 18.2 kmpl. This engine produced 77.5 PS of power and 188 Nm of torque, making it suitable for both city and highway driving. I think the diesel engine was a strong point for the Enjoy, especially given the rising petrol prices.
Saturday, 22 June 2013 06:22 AM Chevrolet launched a facelifted version of the Enjoy MPV, aiming to enhance its appeal in the Indian market. The facelift included minor cosmetic changes and possibly some feature updates, though the core engine and transmission remained the same. I think the facelift was a good move to keep the Enjoy competitive, but it might not have been enough to significantly boost sales.
Saturday, 22 June 2013 01:27 PM The Chevrolet Enjoy was available in various trim levels, including the LS, LT, and LTZ, with both 7 and 8 seater options. The diesel variants, such as the 1.3 TCDi LS and LTZ, were priced between Rs. 7.88 lakh and Rs. 9.18 lakh. I believe the multiple variants and seating options made the Enjoy a versatile choice for different buyer needs.
