This system also supports advanced voice commands, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a Wi-Fi hotspot. The new model will also include design updates such as reshaped headlamps, new wheel designs, and updated interior trim options. I think this upgrade will significantly enhance the user experience.

Wednesday, 13 November 2024 07:16 PM Ahead of the 2024 Guangzhou Auto Show, the new BMW i4 has been spotted with several exterior design changes, including the adoption of inverted L-shaped headlights and adaptive LED headlights replacing the laser headlights. The side profile and rear design have also been tweaked, with new wheel rim designs and narrow taillights in an inverted 7 shape. The interior retains the familiar dual screens and iDrive control system. I believe these changes will give the i4 a fresh and sporty look.

This model offers an EPA-estimated range of 307 miles with standard 18-inch wheels and supports DC fast-charging up to 205 kW. The i4 xDrive40 also boasts quick acceleration, reaching 60 mph in just 4.4 seconds. I think this new trim level strikes a great balance between performance and range.

Despite its impressive acceleration, the M50 feels heavy and lacks the handling prowess of other BMW models. It also has a shorter driving range compared to other i4 models, averaging around 227 miles in real-world conditions. The M50s price tag of nearly $90,000 makes it a pricey entry into BMWs electric vehicle lineup. I believe the M50s performance doesnt quite justify its cost.
