Audi S4 Updates

The 2024 Audi S4 has received several updates, including the addition of adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and a heated steering wheel as standard features. These enhancements improve the vehicles safety and comfort. The S4 also now comes with a suite of parking sensors and remote engine start via the myAudi phone app. I think these updates make the S4 an even more appealing option in the luxury sports sedan segment.

For the 2024 model year, the Audi S4 has introduced new paint colors, with Iris White replaced by Arkona White and Tango Red swapped out for Progressive Red. These aesthetic changes give buyers more options to personalize their vehicle. The S4s understated exterior design continues to be a highlight, making it a stealthy performer on the road.

The 2024 Audi S4 maintains its powerful performance with a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 engine, producing 349 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. This engine, paired with an 8-speed Tiptronic transmission and Quattro all-wheel drive, allows the S4 to go from 0-60 mph in just 4.4 seconds. I believe this combination makes the S4 a compelling choice for those seeking both power and handling.

Audi has refined the interior of the 2024 S4, offering high-quality materials and a stylish design. The Premium Plus trim comes with a 360-degree rearview camera, a larger 12.3-inch gauge cluster with Audi’s Virtual Cockpit navigation, and a wireless phone charger. These features enhance the overall driving experience and comfort.

The 2024 Audi S4 Prestige trim has been reviewed, highlighting its optional torque-vectoring Sport differential and adaptive dampers, which significantly enhance its performance capabilities. However, these upgrades come at an additional cost, making the top trim quite expensive. I think the extra cost is worth it for serious performance enthusiasts.

Audi has emphasized the comfort and daily usability of the 2024 S4, noting its quiet and relaxed ride over long distances. The adaptive suspension, available on higher trims, further enhances this comfort by handling broken surface roads with ease. This makes the S4 a great choice for both daily commuting and occasional spirited driving.

The fuel economy of the 2024 Audi S4 has been reported, with EPA ratings of 21 mpg in the city, 29 mpg on the highway, and 24 mpg combined. While these numbers are acceptable, some critics suggest that a hybrid assist could improve fuel efficiency, especially given current gas prices.

The 2024 Audi S4s pricing has been detailed, starting at $55,595 for the base model and going up to $62,895 for the Prestige trim. The Premium Plus trim offers a good balance of technology and price, making it a popular choice among buyers. I think the pricing is competitive given the features and performance offered.

Audi has confirmed that the S4 will continue to use the same 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 engine that has been in use since 2016. While this engine provides strong performance, there is speculation that an upgrade might be needed soon to keep up with evolving market demands.

The 2024 Audi S4s exterior design has been described as understated yet stylish, with subtle badging and a few distinct styling details setting it apart from the standard A4. This design approach appeals to those who prefer a low-key appearance despite the vehicles performance capabilities.
