Saket Jha | Updated 2 years agoAfter purchasing the Yamaha Fascino 125, I soon realized that the service offered by Yamaha was substandard. They did not have the necessary spare parts and the customer service representatives had no helpful advice to offer. Even after the vehicle was damaged, the company refused to provide repairs or parts. The service center staff were also extremely rude and had a very condescending attitude. All in all, the experience with Yamaha was very unpleasant and I would urge others to stay away from it.
