Vehicle Overview
CBR150R offers the same design as the bigger 250cc CBR in India. It rivals Yamaha R15 in the Indian market while producing 18.28 BHP of impressive maximum power. It claims a low 12.66 Nm of torque and comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox. Internationally, CBR150R now also rivals the recently launched Suzuki GSX-R150. CBR150R is temporarily not available in India and the updated model is expected to be launched in coming weeks.Yamaha R15 Version 1.0 was the first Indian motorcycle to carry a super sport design and affordable price tag. As Bajaj Pulsar is credited with the tag of bringing performance motorcycle in the affordable segment, Yamaha R15 version 1.0 proudly makes itself proud by refining the performance figures at its launch time. It carries the impressive Deltabox frame, powerful 149 cc engine with liquid cooling and fuel injection, 131 kg of kerb weight and a claimed top speed of 130 kmph. It was priced at INR 97,000 at its time while all time rival for the same is Honda CBR150R.
Should You Buy It?
After carrying so many features, CBR150R still feels shy in front of Yamaha R15. The latter is more popular and even more effective than the CBR.NA
