| Honda VTR250 is a discontinued model that was quite powerful with a 249 cc, liquid cooled engine. The motorcycle was good for 30 BHP and 22 Nm of torque. It came with a 5-speed gearbox and claimed a wet weight of 161 kg. The motorcycle used standard round headlight and twin pod instrument console on its body. At its time of sale, it rivaled none other than Suzuki Inazuma and Hyosung Aquila 250. Honda VTR250 came with a 296 mm front and 220 mm rear disc brake. It has a long single seat that felt comfortable as compared to current generation of 250 cc motorcycles in India. | Hyosung Aquila 250 is a twin cylinder, quarter liter cruiser that produces 26.21 BHP at 9500 rpm and 21.37 Nm at 7000 rpm. It comes with a 5-speed gearbox and weighs quite high at 179 kg. The motorcycle costs INR 2,84,000 and rivals no other in the cruiser segment. If compared with its engine value, it stays against the Kawasaki Z250 in India. The proper cruiser appeal on the Hyosung Aquila 250 makes it really attractive while a new version named Aquila 300 is in the pipeline of Hyosung Motorcycles. It claims a top speed of 130 kmph. | ||
