The TNT 25 has a great power-to-weight ratio, with a 249 cc engine producing 28.16 BHP @ 9800 rpm and 21.61 NM @ 8000 rpm. The engine is liquid cooled and electronically fuel injected, giving it precision and a longer life span. It is mated to a six-speed gearbox, and has not been heavily tuned, making it on par with other 250 cc segment bikes. The TNT 25's main rival in the 200 cc segment is the KTM Duke and it remains to be seen how much success the TNT 25 will have in India. According to the company, the top speed of the Benelli TNT 250 is 145 kmph.
