How does the Tata Harrier’s infotainment system compare to the competition?
Modern cars have featured the infotainment system increasingly more as this system has become so important and it commonly becomes the central hub that does everything from voice control, navigation, entertainment, and even vehicle information. The Tata Harrier consists of large touchscreen system with availability of various features such as smartphone connectivity, voice commands along with a premium sound system. But the experiences users have with car infotainment systems can be quite different and factors such as responsiveness, ease of use and software stability all contribute to levels of satisfaction. Some users love the Harrier's system large display dashboard and feature set, but others report bad lag and occasional glitches. The Harrier's infotainment experience then, how does it fare in a segment where brands like Hyundai and Kia are known for their tech savvy offerings? Is it a winning offensive at a next level or a weak spot in another all around good deal?
The Harrier's infotainment is pretty impressive for an Indian made car. It’s not as polished as some European brands, but it’s packed full of features and easy to use. It also has a nice JBL sound system. It's not bad, I think it holds its own against most of its competitors in the segment.
