Do online reviews about the Tata Tiago being as unreliable as they claim it to be?
The Tata Tiago is an affordable hatchback in India, and it has become popular as such, though there's lots of conflicting information online about its reliability. There are owners who rave about their trouble free experiences, and others who complain about lots of issues and poor service. These debates have been heated on automotive forums and social media. The question that arises is, is the Tiago a good buy or should you just check out some other brands that have more years of experience. Tata are often talked about in the discussion of improving build quality, safety ratings and value for money vs lingering concerns about long term durability and after sales support. Due to so many contradictory anecdotes it is difficult for consumers to get a clear picture of the real reliability of the Tiago.
I've had my Tiago over 2 years and it's been rock solid. It was a regular maintenance job: No real issues at all. A lot of the negative reviews I think that are online are from people that got a lemon or went to a particular service center and had a bad experience.
