The Renault Pulse Diesel RxZ is a well-rounded package that offers a compelling blend of style, performance, and practicality. The 1.5-litre diesel engine provides excellent driveability and refinement, making it a joy to drive in both city traffic and on highways, although it lacks top-end grunt. The ride quality is exceptional, absorbing rough roads with ease, and the handling is commendable despite some body roll. However, the braking system is a letdown, lacking the bite and stability that ABS would provide. Interior design is stylish and spacious, with generous legroom and boot space, though the quality could be improved. Overall, its a great city car, but some technical aspects, such as the braking system and absence of ABS, need attention.
Price
The Renault Pulse Diesel RxZ, although discontinued since 2017, was priced competitively during its time. The ex-showroom price for the top-end RxZ variant was around Rs. 6.95 lakh. On-road prices varied by location but typically added another Rs. 1-1.5 lakh, including taxes, registration, and insurance, bringing the total to approximately Rs. 8.45-8.95 lakh. Renault India has clarified that the Renault Pulse, including the Diesel RxZ variant, will be produced on a made-to-order basis for customers who request it, rather than being completely discontinued. This move is aimed at catering to loyal customers who still prefer the model. I think this strategy shows Renaults commitment to its customer base.

My father in law gifted me the pulse on my birthday. It was really unexpected because nobody in the family has a Renault car. so when I first took a drive of the car all my doubts were out of my head. I loved the car and how it races up the road without complaining. Inside it is so silent that you will not feel you are in a car. Now my business trips are so relaxed because the car has everything. Power point, climate control ac, a good music system, so much boot space and automatic headlamps, ABS, EBD, airbags. I have no worries. For the first time in my life my car has become my best friend after my phone.

practice but it’s new for Indians. The French car makers, Renault have
introduced this concept in India. Renault has launched a hatchback known
as Pulse which is nothing else than an altered version of its alliance
