The Volkswagen T-Cross, a popular SUV, is getting a facelift and is set to make its global debut soon. While the updated version is already available in Europe, the one coming up is for South America and shares many similarities with the Taigun model sold in India.
What's New in the T-Cross Facelift?
The refreshed T-Cross SUV is getting some stylish updates, both in the front and the back. It's going to look more modern with a new grille design, updated headlamps that come with Volkswagen's latest IQ headlight technology, and a revamped front bumper. Both SUVs are built on a modified version of the Volkswagen Group's MQB A0 platform, which is designed for emerging markets.
Global Debut and India Launch
The updated T-Cross is expected to make its global debut in the coming months. As for its launch in India, it might take a while since the Taigun was introduced in Brazil almost a year before it was launched in India.
