Ultraviolette F77 Sports Bike Spotted Testing in Bengaluru

Ultraviolette F77, the most desired electric product for 2019, was recently spied in Bengaluru with production-spec body parts that give us an idea of what the motorcycle will look like on the road. The front comes with a streetfighter-inspired headlight with sharp edges and huge console casing while side profile flaunts full-faired design to keep the electric setup safe at all times. The blue tint in the suspension and tire section signifies the eco-friendly footprint of the motorcycle. F77 is the codename for the first product and thus, the production version will carry a different name that was missing from the panels at present. The fairing that looks white at present will feature different sticker patterns for sure. F77 comes with a strict sporty profile, featuring clip-on handlebars and slightly rear-set footpegs for an aggressive riding position. The well-designed swingarm compliments the sharp KTM-inspired tail section of the Ultraviolette F77. The fuel tank design was not necessary for the motorcycle as it will not even carry a single millilitre of the combustible fossil fuel but as everyone around love the traditional motorcycle styling, the brand has kept the hump at the front alive and used the space under the same for fixing the battery and motor setup. The rear section of the F77 is lightweight, sharp and not-so-pillion-friendly in the current state. The seat is higher than usual, lacking any sort of grabrail as seen on regular motorcycles. Ultraviolette Automotive is backed by TVS Motor and they currently have a 25% share in the new startup. The F77 sports bike is expected to get a price tag of around INR 2.25 lakh and the motorcycle will offer 150 km of range in the real world riding conditions. The claimed 0-100 kph will arrive under 8-seconds while the top speed from the motor is rated at 140 kph. Direct rivals of the Ultraviolette F77 are all the 200-250cc petrol motorcycles available in India. Images Source: ACI
