Hero Motocorp has showcased many impressive 2-wheeler concepts in the last few years at various auto shows. Most of them are available in their production versions while these five Hero concepts are not yet ready to enter production. Some of them were unfortunately scrapped from the upcoming list while others are yet to see daylight with watered down aesthetics and production friendly components.

1) Hero XF3R

The most recent product from all others, Hero XF3R was revealed at the Auto Expo 2016. Being a typical streetfighter, the motorcycle flaunts extended fuel tank shrouds, light tail section and raised exhaust on the right side. The front USD forks, all-digital console and exposed frame can make Hero XF3R a direct rival to BMW G310R, upcoming TVS streetfighter and the KTM 390 Duke.
2) Hero ZIR 150

The beautifully designed scooter is waiting for its official unveil from quite a long time. It made the global debut at Auto Expo 2014. The massive panels, dual headlight design, extended transparent visor and all other features make ZIR 150 a perfect commuting option. The elements on ZIR challenges the likes of Suzuki Burgman Street but the bigger engine will help it claim a unique spot.
3) Hero HX250R

Hero HX250R was officially unveiled in 2014. The brand has already confirmed that a quarter-litre with this name won't enter India but sharing the design elements with a new 200cc motorcycle will help them create the new
Karizma 200. HX250R comes with dual headlight design and Karizma-inspired tail section with thinner panels. It can be the perfect recipe for the upcoming full-faired Hero sports bike.
4) Hero Hastur 620

Hastur street fighter was also unveiled at the Auto Expo in 2014. It is the most powerful
Hero motorcycle of all time. The 620cc, twin cylinder engine on the concept motorcycle is good for 80 PS of maximum power at 9600 rpm, with 72 NM of maximum torque at 7750 rpm. In its production form, Hastur could have acted as a Ducati Monster 797 and Kawasaki Z650 rival. Most India brands are breaking barriers to reach new displacement heights these days.
5) Hero RNT Diesel

The first-ever diesel product of its kind, RNT was seen as a revolution for last point rural transport. The 150cc diesel engine was good for 13.5 BHP and 35 Nm of torque. The wet weight of 136 kg and enough space to load certain goods made it a practical option. The vehicle claims around 70 kph of top speed.
