Royal Enfield Classic 350 is the highest selling motorcycle with 50,426 units in June 2018. The trend of buying motorcycles that promote leisure riding is all-time high this year, leaving next three places to Bullet 350 (13,029 units), Thunderbird 350 (5232 units) and Classic 500 (2328 units). Yamaha FZ25 was good for 2088 units and scored the fifth position among four Royal Enfield bikes. Bajaj Dominar is struggling hard as 1277 units is a small number in comparison to the capabilities of this motorcycle. Not just that, every buyer who bought one of the 70,000+ units of above listed five bikes (combined), had the financial capability to consider Dominar. The next slot was filled by Himalayan with 942 units. KTM 390 twins scored a positive growth and registered 702 units in June 2018. However, Duke 250 was good for just 601 units in the 30-day period. Next two slots were bagged by Apache RR310 and Honda CBR250R with 476 units and 401 units respectively. Royal Enfield Thunderbird 500 and Bullet 500 were good for 347 units and 284 units in June 2018. A recent addition to this list, UM Commando, UM Sports S and UM Classic, were good for 283, 108 and 83 units respectively. Yamaha R3 found 70 buyers during this period whereas Kawasaki Ninja 400 was good for 57 units. The latter is considered highly overpriced for its segment. Renegade Mojave was good for 31 units while the list ends with Mahindra Mojo (27 units).
