OnePlus 7 has been officially teased through a video, with launch date confirmed to be May 14, 2019, for the series. As the brand has always focused on a single device every year, 2019 brings a new strategy like most mobile device manufacturers. OnePlus 7 is now a series of phones with standard and pro variant differentiating the need for a different segment of buyers. The normal phone will be fast enough to bring goosebumps to the owners but, the OnePlus 7 Pro will use sophisticated components to raise the overall quality of usage. The invites for the event are already out and those looking for participation will need to visit the Bangalore International Exhibition Center if a valid invitation is available from the brand. Amazon India website has made the "Notify Me" button functional for the device. The tagline reads "Go Beyond Speed" for the new phones, showing the slider, rear camera setup and curved body design. It is expected that both the devices will share the same design while size and quality of the display, performance through memory combinations and even the camera setup could differ.

OnePlus 7 Pro is expected to use 6.7-inch Quad HD+ AMOLED display, Snapdragon 855 processor, 8GB/12GB RAM options and 256GB internal storage. The rear camera setup may use a 48MP+8MP+16MP setup with 16MP pop-up camera for the front use. The in-display fingerprint sensor will surely arrive while the battery is expected to stay 4000 mAh with 30W Warp Charge. The standard version of OnePlus 7 is expected with a 6.4-inch display with full HD+ resolution, 6GB/8GB RAM options, dual rear cameras, and 3700 mAh battery. None of the specifications has been officially confirmed yet.
