In the video, we can see a blue-coloured electric scooter catching fire while parked on the edge of the road somewhere in the Dhanori area of Pune. The incident was so disastrous that after a few seconds of smoking, the entire scooter burst into flames. However, Ola Electric shared a word on the mishap, saying that they have already reached out to the customer and, thankfully, he is safe.
In addition, the brand has shared an official statement on the matter, "We are aware of an incident in Pune that happened with one of our scooters and are investigating to understand the root cause and will share more updates in the next few days."
