Ola Electric has recently commenced deliveries of the S1 Pro Gen 2 electric scooter starting from October 14th. This new scooter, built on the Gen-2 platform, is available at an ex-showroom price of Rs. 1,47,499.
The most significant change from the previous Gen 1 model is the introduction of a flat floorboard and a telescopic fork in the front suspension. The S1 Pro Gen 2 is equipped with an 11kW motor, boasting a claimed top speed of 120kmph and an impressive 0-40kmph acceleration time of just 2.6 seconds.
With a 4kWh battery, this scooter offers a claimed range of 195km which is an improvement of 14km compared to the previous model. The boot space capacity is now 34 liters, slightly reduced by 2 liters, and it comes in five attractive color options: Jet Black, Matt White, Stellar, Midnight Blue, and Amethyst.
The Ola S1 Pro Gen 2 faces competition from other electric scooters like the Ather 450X, Simple One, and the upcoming TVS iQube ST.
