MG Motors India has recently adjusted the prices of its lineup, notably reducing the cost of the Comet EV by up to Rs 1.4 lakh. Now, the Comet EV is available at a price ranging between Rs 6.99 lakh and Rs 8.58 lakh (ex-showroom). This update not only makes it more affordable compared to its previous pricing but also positions it as a strong competitor against the entry-level Tata Tiago EV, with a difference of Rs 1.7 lakh. Additionally, the Comet EV now offers a more feature-rich cabin in its top-spec variant for a lesser price.

Comparison of Comet EV's Previous and Revised Pricing

Before this price revision, the Comet EV's pricing varied across its variants. The base-spec Pace variant saw a reduction of Rs 99,000, while the higher-spec Play and Plush variants witnessed a price drop of Rs 1.4 lakh each. For prospective customers who are thinking about buying an electric car, this modification makes the Comet EV a more appealing choice.
