Mahindra Scorpio-N Diesel & Petrol Engine Power Figures Revealed

The 2022 Mahindra Scorpio-N is going to make its official debut on June 27th, but ahead of that, some specs of the SUV have been revealed. However, it should be noted that these are not the official figures. The disclosed power statistics place the much-anticipated Mahindra Scorpio-N between the Thar and the XUV700.

The homegrown automaker is going to offer the all-new Scorpio-N two powertrains: the 2-litre turbo mStallion petrol engine and the 2.2-litre turbo mHawk diesel engine. The petrol engine in all variants will generate 168 HP from the mStallion, which is 20 HP greater than the Thar and 29 HP less than the XUV700.

On the other hand, the diesel powertrain in base variants is going to churn out 128 HP, which is identical to the Thar but 25 HP below the base variants of the XUV700. The top-spec diesel variants will produce 158 HP, which is 30 HP more than Thar's top models and 24 HP less than the XUV700's top variants.
