Locally Assembled Suzuki Hayabusa Launched in India @ 13.57 lakhs

Suzuki's flagship motorcycle - The Hayabusa GSX1300R has witnessed a price drop of Rs 2.5 lacs. This fall in price comes as a result of the Japanese manufacturer's plans to assemble the super-bike locally. The locally assembled Hayabusa is powered by the same 1340cc engine with maximum power of 197 Bhp @ 9500 rpm and maximum torque of 155 Nm @ 7200 rpm, channeled to the road via a 6-speed gearbox.2016-Suzuki-Hayabusa1 With its adrenalin pumping performance, the bike never ceases to impress. Previously, the Hayabusa was imported as a completely built unit and priced Rs 15.95 lacs (ex-showroom). The new 2016 Hayabusa will be assembled in Gurgaon, Haryana where the company has built a dedicated assembly line for the Superbike. The made-in-india Hayabusa will be priced at a more-affordable INR 13,57,135 (ex-showroom Delhi). This move from Suzuki has effectively positioned the Hayabusa at a leverage against its prime rival, the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14R which now appears quite expensive at 17.9 lacs, CBU (ex-showroom)2016-Suzuki-Hayabusa2 Performance Values of Suzuki Hayabusa
