Honda 150SS Racer Concept Unveiled at Bangkok Motor Show

Honda Motorcycles has unveiled an all-new concept named '150SS Racer' at the 2017 Bangkok Motor Show. It comes with a muscular fuel tank while its headlight seems to be inspired from old generation of SS motorcycles. Honda has not shared any details for the same but it could be assumed that most components of the motorcycle would stay the same way as the concept in its production ready version.

The single seat helps Honda get away with that short tail while the production spec motorcycle could get a slightly longer rear end for the second seat. It comes with disc brakes for both the ends while the design of the small exhaust unit is exclusive to the 150SS Racer only. The fully digital instrument console sits right above the LED round headlight of the concept. It even gets tank shrouds for added muscle.

Unlike Honda CB Hornet 160R sold in India, 150SS Racer has a different kind of appeal as it looks more into the category of round headlight premium motorcycles like Ducati Monster and Scrambler. Since its engine is liquid cooled 150 cc unit, the maximum power production will stay under 20 PS for sure. Use of premium components like USD forks and adjustable mono-shock makes Honda 150SS Racer more interesting than ever.
