It was powered by a 223cc, single cylinder air cooled engine that is good for 19.2 BHP at 7500 rpm and 19.35 Nm at 6000 rpm. It was equipped with a 5-speed gearbox and claims a custom exhaust on this modified cafe racer version. Hero even offers a fuel injected version named ZMR for the same motorcycle and it is on-sale in India for INR 1.08 lakh (ex-showroom).
