1. Maruti Suzuki eVX
Maruti Suzuki's debut in the EV market comes with the Maruti Suzuki eVX, a Grand Vitara-sized electric SUV. The test mules have been spotted multiple times, suggesting a potential launch in 2024. Expected to be equipped with a 60 kWh battery pack and dual motors, the eVX is anticipated to offer a substantial range of about 550 km, catering to the growing demand for electric SUVs.
2. Hyundai Kona Electric (2024)
Hyundai is set to introduce the second generation of the Kona Electric in India, boasting significant updates over its predecessor. With a larger size and a 48.4 kWh battery pack, the Kona Electric aims to deliver a WLTP-rated range of 377 km. The refreshed model will feature an integrated 12.3-inch infotainment system and digital driver's screen, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality.
3. Tata Punch EV
Tata Motors is gearing up to launch the electric version of its micro-SUV, the Punch, in early 2024. With minor design changes previewing the ICE-powered Punch facelift, the Tata Punch EV variant will offer two configurations: Medium Range and Long Range. Test mules of the facelifted Mahindra XUV400 have been spotted, indicating a possible launch in the second half of 2024. Alongside design updates aligned with the facelifted XUV300, the XUV400 EV is expected to offer an improved claimed range while maintaining its current battery pack configuration, contributing to Mahindra's electric vehicle lineup.

Citroen's crossover sedan, the C3X, is set to introduce an electric variant in September 2024.
