Exciting News: Mahindra XUV400 Set to Receive Revamped Interiors Soon

Launched earlier this year at a competitive starting price of Rs. 15.99 lakh (ex-showroom), the Mahindra XUV400 made a splash in the Indian electric SUV market. However, initial feedback highlighted the absence of some crucial features. In response, Mahindra introduced an upgrade package in August incorporating eight new features like TPMS, cruise control, and auto-dimming IRVM.

Interiors: A Fresh Approach

Despite its promising start, the XUV400 faced criticism for its dated interior compared to its direct rival the Nexon EV. In a significant move, Mahindra has confirmed an upcoming update for the XUV400's interiors. This refresh is expected to draw inspiration from the interior theme and layout of the upcoming XUV300 facelift which was recently spotted with a completely redesigned dashboard.

Anticipated Interior Enhancements

The refreshed Mahindra XUV400 is poised to bring several improvements including a larger free-standing touchscreen infotainment system, a redesigned center console, a new digital instrument cluster, a tweaked HVAC panel, and updated aircon vents. Anticipated feature additions encompass wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, an air purifier, wireless charging, ventilated front seats, a powered driver seat, a 360-degree surround camera, ambient lighting, and a premium sound system.

Technical Continuity: Power and Range

Under the hood, the XUV400 will maintain its current technical configuration, featuring a 34.5kWh and a 39.4kWh battery pack unit coupled with a single motor setup. The former promises a claimed range of 375km, while the latter aims for an impressive driving range of 456km on a single charge and this continuity ensures that the XUV400 not only addresses initial concerns but also aims to elevate its standing in the competitive electric SUV landscape.

Prepare for an enhanced and technologically advanced driving experience with the upgraded Mahindra XUV400, combining style, features, and electric efficiency.
