CFMoto is a Chinese motorbike manufacturer and the brand has launched the 2023 450SR in Malaysia for RM 28,888 (Rs 5.37 lakh, direct conversion). The motorbike debuted late last year and will be available in other markets as well. But we expect that the bike will be available in other Asian markets before it arrives in Europe. But it is unlikely to be released in India.
The CFMoto 450SR now borrows styling from the SR-C21 Concept. SR-C21 Concept made its debut at the 2021 EICMA. Because of that, the motorcycle's styling language is futuristic and aggressive. The 2023 450SR resembles the Keeway 300SR sold in India. The front end includes a full-LED headlamp and sleep LED DRLs. The 450SR is dressed in the same black and grey colour scheme with red accents. The most intriguing aspect of the design is the aero winglets on the fairing, which are a segment first.
The carbon brakes and SC Project full-system exhaust system from the SR-C21 concept have been replaced. It has been replaced with standard equipment. Under the fairing is a 450cc parallel-twin engine. This engine produces a max power output of 50 bhp and a peak torque of 39 Nm. It is in direct competition with the Kawasaki Ninja 400, Yamaha R3, and KTM RC390. The CFMoto SR450 has ABS, full-LED lighting, and a TFT display with a bold layout.
