BMW M2 Competition Launched in India @ INR 79.90 Lakh

BMW M2 Competition is now officially available in India for INR 79.90 lakh (ex-showroom). The youngest BMW member to join the M-Series in India, this car is way more different than other products around this segment. The two-door Coupe is powered by a 2979cc, inline-6 engine with a total weight of just 1595 kg. The above-mentioned motor is good for 410 hp at 6250 rpm and 550 Nm at 2350-5230 rpm. The enthusiast will love to press the paddle harder and get a 0-100 kph sprint in just 4.2 seconds. The top speed is electronically limited to 250 kph. This imposing stance is possible through those 19-inch stock wheels on the car. The interior of M2 Competition balances performance and luxury through the use of carbon fiber and leather at required places. This keeps the overall weight low and driver attitude high at all times. The car comes with adaptive headlights, quad exhaust pipes, and a switchable exhaust system with standard road sound and sporty tone, whichever the driver prefers to keep on during the ride. The front fascia features a double slat BMW grill in black while side profile flaunts high gloss black detailing. The car comes with M brakes to experience the most powerful anchoring ability available in this segment. The car measures 4461mm in length, 1990mm in width and 1410mm in height. It comes with a wheelbase of 2693mm. The car feels compact in comparison to any other M or regular BMW sedan. For better comparison, a regular 3-series sedan measures 4633mm in length and 2031mm in width. The length difference allows more legroom at the rear for an executive car. M2 is more like a two-seater with provision for two extra seats, whenever required. It rivals Ford Mustang in terms of pricing and performance.
