Audi India Announces Roadside Assistance for Chennai's Flood-Affected Customers

Audi India has initiated a kind gesture towards Chennai flood-affected customers. Earlier this month, Chennai faced a life-threatening situation, and the company is making all possible efforts to help its customers in the city. According to Audi India’s head, Mr Balbir Singh Dhillon, the roadside assistance service will come to the aid of the customers and bring them to safety.

Audi has rolled out a roadside assistance service for its flood-affected customers in Chennai. The torrent has caused a lot of damage in the city. The company also stated that customers can contact them for assistance at any time as the service will be available at all times till November 30th. Vehicle owners can use the RSA service by dialling the access numbers 1800 103 6800 or 1800 209 6800.

Besides this, Audi India has also started "Made in India" Audi Q5 production and will be launching the SUV soon. They have already initiated Q5’s local production at the Aurangabad production plant. The new 2022 Audi Q5 Facelift is expected to be launched in the coming days. In June 2020, the updated model was presented to global markets. 

This updated model comes with a feature-loaded cabin and a turbocharged petrol engine. The spacious cabin houses a 10.1-inch MIB 3 touchscreen infotainment panel with support for Amazon Alexa and connected car technology. In matters of changes in style, it comes with a sculpted hood, a large hexagonal chrome-finished grille, redesigned LED headlamps, and a chiselled front bumper with brushed aluminium inserts.

Other modifications include a large side intake, newly styled alloy wheels, and brand-new tail lights with digital OLED technology. The prices for the 2022 Audi Q5 Facelift will be announced later today. However, we can expect it to cost between 50 and 55 lakhs. After being launched, the updated model will compete with the BMW X3, Land Rover Discovery Sport, and Mercedes-Benz GLC.
