5000 Units of 2017 Honda City Booked in 12 Days

2017 Honda City collected over 5000 bookings before its official launch yesterday. The number is for the last 12 days and around 70 percent is made for the petrol variant. The bookings started on February 3, 2017 for an amount of INR 21000 while the car was launched recently for INR 8.49 lakh (starting price, ex-showroom Delhi). The car gets LED headlights, new bumpers and a revised grill, making it feel more upmarket in its 2017 version. Honda even offers Modern Steel Metallic shade on the updated version. red

It comes mated to 5-speed manual gearbox and offers CVT as an option. The diesel engine is good for 98.6 BHP and 200 Nm of torque. It comes mated to 6-speed gearbox.
