BMW Motorrad has announced a new paint theme for its G 310 R motorcycle in India. The new Style Passion paint theme will be available alongside the existing Triple Black, Passion, and Sport colour options.
The Style Passion paint theme features a black fuel tank with red accents. The rest of the motorcycle remains unchanged, with the single-pod headlight, muscular fuel tank, radiator shrouds, engine cowl, step-up saddle, side-slung exhaust, and five-spoke alloy wheels.
The G 310 R's hardware is also unaltered. It has 41mm upside-down front forks and a rear monoshock with preload adjustment. The braking system incorporates 300mm front and 240mm rear single discs, as well as dual-channel ABS.
The G 310 R is powered by a 313cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 33.5bhp at 9,250rpm and 28Nm at 7,500rpm. The engine is compliant with the latest emission standards and E20 fuel requirements.
In India, the BMW G 310 R competes with the KTM 390 Duke and Honda CB300R. Anyone looking for a more attractive and eye-catching motorcycle is likely to be drawn to the new Style Passion paint theme.
